[TowerTalk] [yccc] Sidemounting (2) 20m elements spaced vertically on tower

These are single full size 20m elements stacked vertically at 35/70' about
18" off the tower fed in phase. This was the best use for Stateside 20m
contest and best compromise to EU for a fixed array.
