[TowerTalk] Climbing Harness

I was going to ask the same question. So, if I have a safety cable that I climb with a wire rope grab attached to the front D-ring, the Y-lanyard can be replaced with a standard 1-hook fall arrest lanyard attached to the rear D-ring. Alternatively, I can replace the fall-arrest lanyard with an SRL attached to the rear D-ring and get a lot more mobility around the work position when unclipped from the safety cable.

SRL = Self retracting lifeline. You fall it snatches you in about 4 inches!

I googled Tuf-Tug and it showed comealongs. What am I missing?

    Ok, what's an SRL? Tnx.
