[TowerTalk] Replace Carolina Windom Line Isolator

Hi Pete,

You need a 4:1 balun at the feed point and a common-mode choke
to replace what Radioworks call line isolator.

I have had a few Carolina Windoms and the performance and quality
of the balun and line isolator are definitely not the best!! ;-)
