[TowerTalk] Coax and asphalt shingle roofs

The sheath insulation matters a lot as standard PVC will get brittle and 
break up in a couple of years.  Check specs for UV resistance.

I had white marine grade RG8 laying on a metal barn roof in CA for about 
6 years and it yellowed a bit but otherwise sweeps fine.
