Take another look at DX Engineering's baluns. Balun Designs are not the balun of choice.

If you want the best in class common mode impedance performance take a look at DXE.

Yes, I work there and yes we have compared them in the lab to insure DXE is better.

I think K9YC's data on Balun Design common mode chokes would suggest 
otherwise.
