[TowerTalk] Balun for Force 12 6 Element 20 Meter

Balun Designs recommends and sometimes puts weep holes on the bottom of 
their balun boxes. I had some cable junctions in an 8" 'waterproof' 
electric PVC box. I traced a failure of the connections in the box- IT 
WAS FULL OF WATER!!!. Drilled weep holes in the bottom after that.
