I also tried locating a 3000-4000 # worm winches and see nothing offered for
less than 10X what the Fulton had originally cost. The 3000# worm drive
winch had been sold by Grainger and McMaster-Carr. No idea why they stopped
selling.

I've decided to replace my puny Fulton 1500 winch with the 3000# worm gear
K3000 (aka KW3000010) however this item is no longer available, and I have
been unable to find a comparable replacement.

Can anyone on the group make a replacement suggestion? This is going on a
TriEx (Tash) LM470.
