Email with Carl is hit and miss. Best results I have had recently have been by calling Carl on the phone.

Tim  Carl might be responding to you, but myself and another local 
person have all but written and begged for help and or response. to no 
avail.. my thought is Carl might be having personal issues, but no 
response here and my request to Carl are from mid and late last week and 
a full week before..

So lets hope Carl is well ...
