         From time to time I see reference to " I have Insurance ".. 
Before the

         Super Outbreak Tornadoes of the century April 26/27, 2011

         ( 321 deaths over a  couple days seared forever in most locals 
minds )I had insurance

       that paid for one of my towers bending

      and related destruction of antennas and roof.  Then straight line 
winds damage in 2014 I got

         nada for that one.  My agent told me since 2011 all local 
insurance policies will pay

         only for claims over 1 % value of your home.  Just something to 
consider when filing a claim.
