[TowerTalk] Control and coax cable removal question

In the process of reducing my tower / antenna farm there are now several
control and coax cables that I would like to remove.  The problem here is
they are fed from the outside of the house to the inside through a PVC
conduit which I sealed with spray foam.  (Was a great idea at the time.  No
critters, no hot/cold air, etc. for 14 years.)  However, I can't get the
cables out because the foam is holding them firm.  In addition to the
outside / inside conduit, I also have one between the crawl space and a
closet used to route the cables to the ham shack.   The length of each of
these foam dams is roughly 6".  

 

I have tried a long screwdriver and got some out.  I also tried different
diameter crochet hooks but they did virtually nothing.  I don't have any
other mechanical ideas that won't damage the insulation. 

 

Does anyone know some type of a solvent (or other method) that would
dissolve the foam without hurting the insulation on the control / coax
cables?
