[TowerTalk] hdbx tower base

So I don't reinvent the wheel, whats the best method of installing the 
first section with 4 foot legs into the 4 feet of concrete?

Best info I can find is legs need suspended 4 inches above bottom of 
concrete...

can anyone share how they've done it?
