On the one hand I am with Gary on not moving it.

Not quoting context is technically not a Groups.io problem but rather 
laziness on the part of responders. I have adopted " no context-no 
reply--- your loss..especially when I might have the solution to your 
problem".

When using groups.IO web page merely highlight the context you want 
quoted and then add your reply the context will be included in your reply
