[TowerTalk] Moving ham radio eflectors to permit attachments

My vote is no change. 
It ain't broke - so don't break it.Those who have an uncontrollable urge to demonstrate superior knowledge with lengthy technical documents will have the superior knowledge 
to attach those lengthy documents as a link. 
If not, the documents may not be worth the effort to follow the link, maybe?
