I had my tower man install the pier pin by drilling a hole in my old crank up concrete base and then using quick epoxy to quickly harden the epoxy in the Rohn 45 concrete base. This was done in December 2017 and the base is working well. The quick epoxy is available at Lowe's or Home Depot. 73 Dave K4JRB
