Tim has it right,  I have to do this about twice a year  on my 50 foot  rocket launcher.
Its  a 5 or 10 minute fix . Use  a belt or strap wrench available  for about 5 bux at harbor freight.
I wish it was that easy on the 95 foot tower.

Or simply loosen the mast clamp and operate the rotator until it matches where the beam is pointing.
