I used to use CocoaNEC
(http://www.w7ay.net/site/Applications/cocoaNEC/) and separately, a
compiled version of NEC2, both broke when I upgraded to Catalina (All of
the CocoaXYZ ham stuff no longer works, and there's some difference in
the libraries for my compiled version - which I've not used in a very
long time.)
W7AY has the source code for CocoaNEC, but I'll save a recompile for
another day.
Ditto for the nec2 - I use nec4 normally, and that I have compiled
recently and keep up to date.

XQ tells NEC to run the model, then the next cards change the loading
and excitation, and the next XQ tells it to run again.
PT -1 suppresses the printing of the segment currents (since I'm not
interested in them for this model)
