[TowerTalk] Loos Gauge for Philly

The EHS tails are completely useless in a serious fire.  When the flames are 100 feet high, nothing survives.

Been there done that.

I don’t think the last fifteen feet is a requirement.
More for grass fires, kid with a pocket knife, or cows.
