Yes. W6GJB and I have been using Liquid Tape a lot after someone's 
recommendation here several years ago. Our standard connector protection 
is now a first layer of Rescuetape, then Scotch 88, then Liquid Tape 
over what we couldn't do well enough with the tape. I don't recall ever 
using it on split-bolts.
