[TowerTalk] Uniform construction code, building under existing tower?

Does your municipality have a setback ordinance (no structures within 
"X" feed of the property line)?

If so,  perhaps appearing at the Zoning committee meeting demanding a 
variance that runs with your land to allow repair, replacement, or 
upgrades to your tower is in order.
