[TowerTalk] Cable ties

I like to use garden hose with stainless steel tie wraps. Garden hose is 
designed to be outdoors in the elements and can be used o "pad" the 
cables. Seemingly lasts forever in this application. Protects the cable 
from the stainless tie wraps. Cheap and readily available.
