[TowerTalk] Rotor control line MOV's

They appear to be V10H40P (Littelfuse P/N) MOVs or equivalent, which cost about $0.35/ea.   Capacitor value unknown, but I'd use .01uF/1kV like the Vishay 75-562R5HKMS10RR or similar, which are about $0.70/ea.

What values would you recommend for the MOV and capacitor?
