[TowerTalk] rohn 25 section bolts

Bolts are all the same size on Rohn 55. Different on 25 and 45.

Guys, I know they use two different size bolts……but dont know why…..do different sizes change the engineering….or was there a bolt shortage and they could only get smaller ones?
