[TowerTalk] Need connector install instructions for COMMSCOPE Cable CR-1070

Hi Tim,

I was just installing connectors on some CR1873 that I recently buried 
at LX. I had to re-learn things after all the years.

There are three different connector styles - the legacy A & B, and the 
new EZ connectors. They all use different preps & tools. I'll send you 
what I can tomorrow.
