OK, so I might be in for an adventure depending on the actual cable type.  I'm glad you found the right tool for your cable.  I will need to check on the exact Commscope cable type and see where that leaves me for coring tool.  I should have connectors, but I need to double check.

I wish the connector directions were on any website – they are not
I found a coring tool on eBay – so I think I am set there.

I'll need to check the cable type on hand here, but I think I have some 7/8" Commscope cable and connectors.  What are my options for a coring tool?
I'm assuming that the connector directions are on their web site.
Any thoughts?

COMMSCOPE CR-1070, Cell ReachR Standard Coaxial Cable, smoothwall copper,
7/8 in.
