[TowerTalk] Increasing the Inside diameter of a 1 inch outside diameter Alum pipe.

If the pipe is tight by .060" it is likely much easier to find something
that fits and return the Amazon pipe.  What is the diameter of the section
that fits inside?  Is the 1" outside diameter also important?  12" overlap
on a Ø1" tube is pretty extreme.
