[TowerTalk] One less than optimum guy wire

Been there, done that, tower is still standing.

78' Rohn 45. Specs call for 2 sets anchored at 56' from the base. On 
anchor was constrained by property line to ~30'. I had a PE do the 
design work (he's also a ham). He modified the Rohn standard specs as 
follows:

3 sets of guys instead of 2, at 22/44/66 feet.

The short guys are increased in wire size to 5/16" EHS.

The short side guy anchor block is increased one size from the Rohn spec 
4A to 4B.
