Consider making up the short distance by raising the short wire at its termination point to offset the lack of overall distance. But be sure the method of raising this short wire is substantial enough for the job.  - Mike

Is this tower we discussed?

60 ft tower guyed at 25 and 50 for what you are planning. Also given your short guy point situation maybe consider 4 way guys instead of 3?  Can use short guy points with4.
