[TowerTalk] FOLLOW UP & SOLUTION ..RE Quiet 27" monitors ?????/

Not touch-screen, but rather the control buttons are capacitive touch-sense. I certainly hope that Samsung has monitors with actual pushbutton switch controls, although I have not seen any.
I simply won’t buy a monitor that has this “feature”.
