[TowerTalk] Six meter balun

I don't have installed experimental data but choose to separate the 8 
type 31 large beads on Buryflex from the boom with a strip of 5/8" thick 
HDPE and all were taped to the boom with Scotch 33. 6M5 over 6M5 stack. 
  IIRC the choke measured around 3k ohms on the bench.
