[TowerTalk] How much can an AB-577 carry?

I have a C-3E in an AB-577 rocket launcher, which Force 12 rated at 5.9 
square feet of wind load.  I am thinking about a little more antenna, 
and wonder what other people have used successfully on this tower. By 
successful, I'm thinking of relatively long-term longevity, wind 
survival, etc.

I've heard anecdotes from a lot of people, but want to look at wind 
loading from various antennas/combinations.
