[TowerTalk] Modifications to TIC Ring

My motor and potentiometer are in the same enclosure.  I have several different styles, all were purchased 30+ years ago. The indicator gear in middle of the rollers could definitely cause engagement issues which are not easy to solve.

The driving gear is close to the roller but the problem is with the position gear. It is now wider than before and is positioned in the middle of the rollers. Some spring mechanism would have helped but is not clear how to do it well.
