[TowerTalk] Radial Ends Buried???

This might be one of those times when you do not need to follow the
manufacturer's instructions. You may wish to bury the wires to keep them out
of the way but it is not necessary. I have never heard of putting ground
rods at the ends. 20 radials should work OK unless they are very short.
