That appears to be an excellent and useful article, but as an engineer I 
was taught never to specify dimensions and measures to such impractical 
and irrelevant resolution.  Spec'ing radial lengths to a hundredth of a 
foot is ridiculous, even in theory and much more so for practice, 
especially when the  -->optimum<--  range is shown as being 2 to 3 
orders of magnitude larger than that.

Oh well ... rant over.
