[TowerTalk] Uneven Ground

When I wrote lower anchor, I was referring to the guy anchor with the lower
elevation relative to the tower base. I was not implying to use a separate
anchor further out just for the lower guy (which would cross).  If it were
my tower, I would install this anchor ~67' feet from the tower base instead
of 64' to maintain the recommended angle at the top.  If the elevation is
higher I would move the guy anchor inward.
