[TowerTalk] which rope for element anti-vibration

I considered that. In an ideal world I would replace the 20 year old, 
already brittle (but intact) antenna or as you suggest redesign the 
element taper. Unfortunately it's not an ideal world. If this one 
doesn't calm down with rope added, it will come off the tower permanently.
