[TowerTalk] Guy Rings

I am also considering rotating some of my Rohn 55G tower. I have not had
luck obtaining a base and ring, has anyone RECENTLY purchase either of the
items in K0SN's post?  RTS will only supply the parts with an installation
package.  Does anyone have used ones for sale?
