There's an Applications Note on my website about chokes and transformers 
for RX antennas. All my RX antennas use a flooded Commscope RG6 like 
what DX Eng sells. I don't bury it, but it runs mostly on the ground 
through my woods, and the varmints don't like the taste of the flooding
