[TowerTalk] Connector needed

Any connector, including sealed ones, will get wet outdoors if you're
disconnecting the two halves during inclimate weather.

Some connectors like flat trailer plugs do not appear to be bothered much by
moisture however it is still much nicer to have disconnects a dry location.
