[TowerTalk] MA40, and accys...

Hi,
Got into the group, and have most of what I need now...  Last thing I 
need is the engineering diagram for the MARB tilt base...  I am not sure 
the city will accept the handout that covers MARB the base, as it is in 
handout form, not engineering diagram form...
