[TowerTalk] EHS cable and torque bars

John: My calipers shows 0.55 inch diameter for the hole in the torque 
bar, so it looks like the bigger shackle will fit. It sure doesn't 
inspire me that Rohn can't provide an explanation for why they limit the 
guy size to 3/16 in EHS.
