The coils are rather large for 30m and will make the elements rather short, limiting performance.
I obviously know nothing about what you have, but suggest leaving out the coils, even adding a little aluminum, if necessary, to get to full size elements.  As suggested, EZNEC is your pal, as are the equations in the Handbook and Antenna Book.  It's the numbers that count.  Wilson, W4BOH
