About 10 years ago I found some suitable replacements at boltdepot.com    Perhaps they still sell that size.

I can't seem to find the exact right size at McMaster-Carr. Maybe I am being dumb.  DXE sells them for nearly $17.00 each which seems really really high.  Home Depot has one that might fit which is even stainless but not holding my breathe.
