You've had some good suggestions.

Here's a MOP that I'd probably do IF I wanted a bigger foundation (I 
think you do) AND could get decent sized equipment to the tower location.

Dig around the existing foundation. Yank it out and set it aside. Dig 
the hole out big enough to drop the old foundation into the hole - bye 
bye concrete.

Pour a new foundation on top of the old big enough to handle whatever 
you might desire in the future! Ya never know.

Spread the pile of dirt into low spots in your yard.
