[TowerTalk] QEX articles on short loaded monopoles for mobile operation

I know one or two county hunters that made Barry's antennas for mobile 
use and they tested well against screwdrivers, hustler resonators and 
hamsticks for mobile use.  His flying saucer antenna was quite interesting.
