If your tower has legs made out of angle iron instead
of tubes or pipe, you may want to have a
structural engineering analysis done.

Angle iron strength varies greatly depending on the
direction of applied force, it has a strong axis and
a weak axis. Injecting side loads while the angle legs
are already carrying tension or compression from
loads higher up could induce leg buckling if limits are
exceeded.
