[TowerTalk] Fwd: USB lighting protector

First, make sure the chassis of each device is firmly
bonded.  The typical failure mode is for the antenna
ground to become decoupled from the power supply (safety)
ground - there can be several KV of difference in a
lightning/surge event and your radio/computer equipment
is connected between the two "grounds".
