Pretty expensive, though.  Sort of depends on how big the antenna is 
that you want to hang off the side of the tower.  For about 10 years I 
had a C-3E hung on my Rohn 25 as part of a stack, using 4 pieces of 
angle steel, u-bolts to attach to the tower legs, and two triangular 
pieces of sheet steel to support the rotator and a bearing for the stub 
mast.  No problems - fortunately the C-3E had enough space between 
elements near the boom's center to clear the Rohn 25 for about 300 
degrees of rotation.  I was a little horrified by how much Rohn 45 and 
up would require to rotate without hitting the tower legs
