[TowerTalk] Need tower help

Thanks to all who made suggestions.
The tower is a US towers MA-55 which is nested on the erecting fixture. Tower height is 23 feet.
On the top of the tower is a Mosley 5 element beam that needs to be removed before the tower can be lifted up and out of the erecting fixture.
Biggest obstacle is it is in the backyard, my guess is that a crane company might me needed to accomplish the removal. Only other way would be getting a very tall ladder and have someone climb and unbolt the antenna and leave the tower where it is.
