I can vouch for Hector, XE2K. He's a US citizen, I've forgotten his US 
call, lives in Pima, AZ. He's done great work for me, lots of work for 
large and small stations all over the southern and western US, including 
super-station N6RO. He's very smart, shows up very well equipped, great 
to work with.
