[TowerTalk] T2X Rotator Brake Anomaly

I had this problem with a Ham II.  The problem was that the brake wedge was
not fully seating in the bottom rotor housing grooves.  By the time I
realized this, it was too late as the housing teeth were shaved off and I
could no longer depend on the wedge holding.   In my case the brake wedge
had old hardened grease on it and therefore not always fully releasing and
seating the wedge in the slots.

BTW, if someone has a Ham II bottom housing that they want to get rid of,
I'm game.
